Services We Provide
Evaluation & Reporting
Our technicians will conduct an evaluation to identify current issues affecting the health of your lawn and ornamentals. We will design a treatment protocol to:
- Control current growth.
- Reduce populations of insects.
- Create a maintenance plan for prevention.
Fertilization
360PestControl does not offer chemical fertilization. We believe slow release, granular fertilizers which are matched to your turf and plants provide the safest and best performance.
Our program provides a pre-emergent, fall/winter application and a spring application designed to enrich the soil, control insect larvae and increase plant strength.
It’s old school, but it’s effective and safe. No worries about over-application of chemical sprays which can kill your turf.
Lawn Pest Control & Prevention
Chinch bugs, sod webworms and other insects lay eggs which hatch into larvae. The larvae is responsible for damage to roots. No amount of insecticidal treatment will stop an infestation, but proper and on-going treatment can control the size and severity of the infestation when it does occur.
Ants can be a nuisance, a structural pest or a health concern. We specialize in controlling ants and we succeed where others fail. To control ants, you must know the type of ant, it’s biology and feeding preferences.
Our goal is to keep your lawn healthy so it can defend against unwanted pests. When infestation does occur, we can focus on treating the trouble spots to prevent spread.
Fungus Control
Fungus control starts with maintaining air flow. If your plants are overgrown, leaves cannot dry. Improper use of aboveground sprinklers which prevent leaves from drying is the #1 cause of fungus and blight.
Knowing when to apply fungicides is critical to controlling fungus. Once established, often the best means of control is trimming and removing affected leaves.
